Viticulture & Vinification:
Experience the 2020 vintage, characterized by a rise in temperature and generous spring showers, resulting in optimal vine growth. Despite a rainy harvest, the grapes maintained their superior quality, imbuing the wine with rich aromas and bold flavors. After 18 days of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine underwent a 30-day malolactic fermentation, followed by French oak barrel aging.

Serving Temperature: Best enjoyed between 16°C - 18°C (61°F - 64°F).
