Charcoal-grilled meat, pasta with light sauces, duck, pork with sweet sauces, lightly seasoned dishes, sautéed tuna, Mexican food: light moles, stuffed chiles. Recommended temperature: 15 - 18 ºC (59 – 64 ºF)
Red wine made in the south of France, vineyards located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, no sulphites are added at the time of vinification, each varietal is vinified separately at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Ruby in color with violet flashes, on the nose it is fruity, mainly notes of blackberries, blueberries, and light milky notes, on the palate it is sweet, fresh and persistent.
