Winemaking Process
- Hand-harvested grapes carefully selected.
- Transported in perforated 25 kg boxes to prevent grape breakage and oxidation, preserving freshness.
- Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with extended lees contact for enhanced complexity and structure.
- First and second fermentation carried out with carefully selected indigenous yeasts, giving the cava its unique personality.
- Aged in the bottle for a minimum of 9 months.
- Brut Nature: No expedition liqueur or added sugar, highlighting its purity and natural expression.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 6°C and 8°C (43°F – 46°F) to enjoy its freshness and aromatic expression.
