Grape Variety: 100% Avesso
Aging: De-stemmed, light pressing, cold static decanting. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature for 18 days. On fine lees for 4 months with batonnage.
Region: Vinho Verde, Portugal
Ideal in the company of cooked seafood, white fish and mollusks, light pasta in salad or with seafood sauces, baked blue fish, smoked sausages, white meat, semi-cured cheeses, and cream. Recommended temperature: 7 - 10 ºC (44 – 50 ºF)
Very attractive in its citrus straw color, it shows good aromatic intensity, with floral and white fruit notes, the whole set showing good freshness and minerality; a fresh acidity and a medium body with good texture supported by quality fruit giving it a crisp and crisp finish.
