The Italian family Cuneo founded Casas del Bosque in 1993. Located in Valle de Casablanca at 70km from Santiago and 30km from the Valparaiso port. The soils under the winery are volcanic in nature and were formed 110 million years ago under the Pacific Ocean. They are characterized by containing compounds of shallow red clay.
The wine has a deep red color with purple tones. Its aroma is mainly fruity, with notes of blackcurrant, blueberries, and tobacco. Its scent reminds you of tobacco, chocolate, and spices such as fat pepper. Regarding taste and consistency, it’s fresh and structured with abundant tannins. A very elegant wine
