Rosa, is a rosé that comes from a 79-year-old vineyard, cultivated in rainfed and free standing, composed of a mysterious grape variety that remains unidentified. The vines are planted near the Pacific Ocean at 300 meters above sea level in granite and sandy loam soils in the area of San Antonio de las Minas, Baja California.
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed directly. Fermentation is with wild yeasts in a stainless-steel tank. The result is a cool, semi-dry rosé with acidity present to bring down a hot day. Unfiltered wine with no added sulphites.
