This is an orange wine with some punch, but it also offers beautiful aromas of herbs, sandalwood and orchard fruit balanced with a refreshing acidity, it has a hint of kombucha, with that almost breadcrumb-like fermentation note.
La Gorda Yori is a white, orange color. The main vineyard for this wine comes from the Palomino grape, soils sandy loams and granite.
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, maceration with skin is carried out for 45 days in concrete jars.
Fermentation is with wild yeasts, unfiltered wine and with the minimum of added sulphites. The result is a white orange with intensity and aromatic.
