Azul, the new member of the Bichi family. A special edition wine, blend of Grenache and Carignan.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of August. There is a co-fermentation of the 2 grapes with carbonic fermentation in 50% of the wine and the rest by shaker (manual destemming).
It is a light red wine, with aromas of red fruits with light spicy notes such as cinnamon. An easy-drinking wine with medium persistence, perfect to enjoy on its own or with food.
Unfiltered wine with sediment and with the minimum of added sulphites.
