Charcoal-grilled meat, pasta with light sauces, duck, pork with sweet sauces, lightly seasoned dishes, sautéed tuna, Mexican food: light moles, stuffed chiles. Recommended temperature: 18°C (63-64°F).
An intense color, with ruby hues and tinted colors. On the nose it has a very notorious fruitiness aroma, predominating raspberry, currant, vanilla; as well as notes of spices; menthol and a bit of leather. The palate is very strong, well balanced and a very nice finish.
