Wine Profile:
Red wine of deep violet color. Corpulent, intense character and very fruity. This Zinfandel vineyard, from our experience and perspective, is one of the most interesting parcels in the Valle de Guadalupe.
Speaking from our current position of aridity, working with a rainfed vineyard with deep roots is an increasingly limited possibility and an honor to be able to make wine.
With Aniversari, we explore a vineyard that we have known since the beginning of our project (2002); We have made red wine, rosé, fortified wine and now a natural red from that vineyard. Note: If you are one of those who miss our now discontinued ''Mare'' wine, you will be interested to know that Aniversari is a reinterpretation of Mare, as a natural wine.
