Hand-picked Tempranillo grape clusters, from small vineyard plots planted on clayey-calcareous soils, were fermented separately in small stainless-steel tanks. This is a completely natural process whereby whole clusters ferment in a carbon dioxide atmosphere, while intracellular fermentation takes place within each grape to create distinctive fruity berry aromas. These aromas will contribute to the flavor and fragrance profile of the resulting wine.
It exhibits a vivid, clear, and brilliant color with bluish reflections, with abundant aromas of red and wild fruits that invite us on a journey through the forest. The red fruit explodes on the palate attributed to a well-balanced acidity and complemented by soft tannins, being perfectly structured for your enjoyment.
