Tasting Notes:

1. It has a bright yellow-green color.
2. It features subtle fruity aromas of lychee and fresh peaches, with a hint of tropical fruits and jasmine, as well as complex notes of flowers and green apple.
3. On the palate, it has a sweet and full-bodied entry, with a blend of white peaches and juicy, fresh melons, offering intense flavor and a very fresh finish. Mineral notes and acidity stand out.

Wine made with grapes from Finca San Isidro, located at 1800 masl. Manual harvest and fermentation at very low temperatures.

For centuries, farmers made offerings with the Hope for a Miracle—translated as "Amalaya" in the indigenous language—for a bountiful harvest. The grapes come from the Calchaquí Valleys, with vineyards planted at 1,800 meters above sea level in northwestern Argentina. The region is one of the highest in the world, characterized by its dry climate with rainfall of no more than 150 mm annually, significant temperature fluctuations, and poor, rocky, and sandy soils.
