Wine Profile
Altos Norte Pet Nat Rosado is a naturally sparkling rosé wine produced using the ancestral method. Made from hand-harvested grapes grown in the semi-arid climate of the Altos de Jalisco region, this wine is the result of ecological regenerative viticulture. The vinification process follows a minimal intervention approach, using wild yeast fermentation, no chaptalization or acidification, and no clarification or filtration. Aged on its lees for 8 months, it delivers distinguished aromatic complexity, freshness, and vibrant acidity, making it a unique and expressive sparkling rosé.
