Tasting Notes:

1. Cherry red color well covered with maroon trim.
2. Notes of cedar and berries in the company of other aromas of fondant chocolate, licorice, and hazelnut, combined with subtle touches of orange peel and mint.
3. Tasty, expressive, lively, with soft tannins and perfumed aftertaste.

Wine Profile:

Located in the town of Pioz, in the province of Guadalajara, the winery is surrounded by 14 hectares of its own vineyards, at an altitude of 875 meters above sea level, which include 4 grape varieties that are harvested by hand each year.

Our vineyards were planted in 2008, in a traditional 3 m by 1.5 m formation, a decision that allowed our vines to have enough space for the roots to grow deep into the soil, making it a dry land vineyard, where only They use sustainable winegrowing practices to protect and emphasize the magnificent terroir that gives our wines character and personality.

We are a family of creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, who seek the perfect pairing between wine and art. Our commitment to the planet and society has been our guide in all our projects. This commitment is the same that we apply to programs such as the rescue of old vines in the area near the vineyard, through their conservation and care and which forms some of our limited editions.
