Purified water, added sugars (cane sugar), organic ginger root, citric acid, malic acid, yeast, potassium sorbate.
Our Ginger Beer Profile:
As a fermented product, it does produce ethanol. However, our Ginger Beer contains only 0.005% alcohol, which, according to Mexican food and beverage packaging regulations (NOM 051), does not classify it as an alcoholic beverage, since it contains less than 2% alcohol.
