Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, this wine showcases an intense color, honeyed and deep aromas, and a palate that's warm, powerful, yet approachable. It embodies Castilian elegance and character, perfect for game, red meats, and even white saltwater fish. Malabrigo: a perfect balance of power and complexity.

Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 26 days at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels for 30 days, followed by aging in French oak barrels.
