The Barisal vineyards are located in the Ojos Negros Valley, 38 km from Ensenada, Baja California. The creator is Santiago Ortiz Nogami, a mechanical industrial engineer. Since he was just a child, he always had a taste for the field. In 2003 he retired and began to orchestrate the project with a great friend and only a year later in 2004 the great adventure of agriculture in this Valley began. Officially, the Barisal wine vineyard was born in 2009 with the planting of 10 acres.
Cherry red, limpid and bright color. On the nose, the wine is quite expressive, you can smell notes of red berries such as raspberry, currant, blueberry, and flowers such as roses or gardenias. In the mouth, the attack is much more subtle with very balanced acidity and a dry and quite long finish.
