A bold, tannic, wine with a shorter finish like this will do well with roasted meats that have a pungent note, such as Cuban-style pork or even burgers with blue cheese. Recommended temperature: 8 ºC (46 ºF)
It has been chosen Best Spanish Wine by the International Federation of Wine Journalists and Writers (FIJEV) 2010 and 2011 and Best Rosé in Spain by the Spanish Association of Wine Writers (AEPV) 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Very bright and Raspberry pink color. On the nose, it is fresh and intense with a sweet smell that reminds you of a strawberry jam, raspberry mousse and black plum caramel. You can also smell white flower aromas such as rose rock and talcum powder and balsamic notes of sage scrub and aniseed.
