Harvest with optimal phenolic maturity, light pressing without destemming in the absence of oxygen, so as not to oxidize aromas, fermentation in 225 French oak barrels at low temperature and subsequent aging on fine lees for six months in the same barrels, which are stirred daily to give the wine greater breadth in the mouth and minerality.
On the view it has a yellow straw color with a greenish rim. On the nose it has a wide aromatic intensity where fruits predominate. On the palate it is fresh and balanced with a long finish and a very fruity aftertaste.
