Grape Variety: 100 % Monastrell
Region: Jumilla, España
Aging: 3 months in French and American oak tank
This wine is born in a vineyard at a height of 800 meters above sea level, with calcareous and limestone brown soil. The youngest vines on this plot are 20 years old, giving a much denser and deeper wine than a traditional oak.
A beautiful cherry color stands out. The highly scented nose, a classic of Jumilla wines, recalls fresh fruits and wild berries, all harmonized with hints of coffee. In the mouth, it is sweet, bold, vibrant and fresh. Its finish is long and creamy, with very well polished tannins.
