It is ideal for rice, pasta, white and blue fish, goat cheeses, sausage without much paprika, vegetable and legume dishes, mushrooms, veal, white and red meats with creamy sauces and to the griddle or grill. Recommended temperature: 15 - 18 ºC (59 – 64 ºF)
Wine Profile:
On the view it is bright and intense red. On the nose it has essences of raspberries, strawberry, currant, subtle note of menthol and barrel, giving some notes of smoke and wood. On the mouth it is very fresh wine, with an easy but round entry, confirming the fruity structure accompanied by the complexity of the barrel, making a sweet wine that is ready to drink.
