Aging: Stainless steel, later, 4 months on the lees.

Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany octopus toasts, sashimis, aguachile or duck taquitos with plum. The Gewurztraminer part could invite to taste it with Indian and Moroccan Cuisine. Recommended temperature: 8 - 10 °C (46 - 50 °F)
It has a pale salmon color, clean and bright. In the nose it smells like white flowers, rose petals, grapefruit peel, peach and a subtle hint of pink and peach guava and in the mouth, it tastes like floral and citrus notes are confirmed in the aftertaste of red fruits. Permanent in the mouth with a balanced and refreshing finish with great acidity.
