Due to the climate of the Sauternes region, wines are produced from grapes affected by the botrytis cinerea, a “noble rot” that develops on the berries. This phenomenon creates a high concentration of natural sugar and complex aromas of spice and dried fruits.
The wine shows a beautiful golden yellow color, you will find a clean and very bright wine. On the nose, it is a fine and intense wine with aromas of candied fruit, peach, acacia flowers, and wax. On the palate, the wine is warm, well balanced, it has a lot of fat, at the end is long and full of flavor.
