Extra Brut is a light, fine and harmonious Champagne. Its mixture of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier are from different years coming from the best sites in the region. On the nose, we find white flowers, mineral, biscuit and white pip fruits notes. In the mouth, it has a full and precise flavor, with a fine freshness and an excellent balance in acidity. Ideal as an aperitif.
The view shows pale, limpid and bright gold, ultra-fine and abundant bubbles. In the nose smells like fruits, flowers, nuts, brioche, lemon vervena, elegant fresh and in the mouth: wide, harmonious, mineral tension.
