Aging: Vinification in vats, malolactic fermentation, between 50 and 60% of reserve wines and Maturation on lees / in the cellar for 30 months.

At sight it has pale gold reflections, it is distinguished by the fineness of its slowly rising bubbles and by its abundant and persistent foam. On the nose it has a ripeness tinged with a floral freshness that exudes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pear. On the palate a frank and precise attack, followed by a burst of freshness. A rich bouquet that shows its aging in traditional cellars. Ideal as an aperitif.
