This wine is made up of vines that are thirty to sixty years old. To give it texture, forty percent of the final wine goes through the barrel for four months. In view it is a bright straw yellow color. The nose is fruity like melon with fresh pear and some fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh, with good acidity and a creamy texture, making this wine fresh and elegant with a long and persistent finish. This wine is ideal to accompany it with seafood, fish and vegetables.
