Very nice with pastas, lots of vegetables, little-aged cheeses and most tapas or pintxos. Recommended temperature: 18°C (64°F).
The color is intense cherry red, covered and with a nice purple rim. In the nose is frank, powerful and fresh, very fruity and with notes of spices and balsamic. Finally, in the mouth is round, fatty and easy on the palate, where its high concentration of fresh fruit is once again evident, leaving at the end a pleasant hint of liquorice.
